What You'll Do as a Lead Hvac Installer·
- Oversee and execute professional HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards·
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently while educating customers on their new equipment·
- Provide outstanding customer service by building trust and delivering clear, helpful solutions·
- Promote high-efficiency products and services that enhance home comfort and energy savings·
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical service practices·
- Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and professional·

What You Bring·

- Ontario 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic or 313A certification·




- Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and ODP certification·
- Valid Class G driver's license·
- Strong technical expertise and adaptability to new technologies·
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·
