- Supervise nursing staff to ensure optimal patient flow
- Manage hospital bed utilization and service delivery
- Collaborate with all levels of healthcare staffing
- Apply strategic thinking to solve patient care challenges
- Uphold the health services program's mission and objectives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is essential
- At least three years in medical/surgical care required
- Two years of management experience necessary
- BCLS certification is a must; ACLS preferred
