- Manage comprehensive legal services in Criminal and Immigration law
- Develop strategic initiatives for program effectiveness
- Supervise the hiring and training of legal staff




- Liaise with external law service providers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and client representation Requirements:
- Completed law degree or BC Law Society eligibility
- At least six years of relevant experience in legal practices
- In-depth knowledge of immigration and criminal law
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
