Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a leading insurance company to deliver first-level support to both remote and in office employees, while managing end-to-end asset lifecycle activities, including configuration, deployment, and decommissioning.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong communication skills written and oral

Strong customer service and support acumen

Technical diagnosing and Troubleshooting ability

Proficient with the latest Microsoft Suite of Business (Office 365)

Experience with a ticketing system specifically ServiceNow or Intune

Ability to multitask and time management

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Insurance or financial services experience

Experience with Cloud applications (Azure)

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
