LensCrafters Ottawa is seeking a full time Assistant Manager to lead in the Store Manager’s absence, acting as a business owner within the marketplace and the LensCrafters organization. You will drive key performance indicators and ensure exceptional patient and customer experiences.
You will partner with the store team to recruit, train and coach staff, maintain visual standards, and uphold company policies.
