- Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance setting

Education

- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

Other Education and Training

- Pool Operator certificate is acceptable, where required
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job
- Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job

- Interpersonal skills

Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of tools and equipment

- Valid Class 5 driver's license
