The role requires strong project management skills to convert strategic plans into actionable outcomes while addressing systemic barriers. With a minimum of 40% on-site presence, candidates will work collaboratively with leaders to influence change and build inclusive practices. Key Responsibilities:

- University degree in social sciences or related field
