: Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual client care and for the overall provision of total client care.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)

Other Education & Training

- Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Future schedule may include weekends or on call
- Practices with Canadian Nurses Association Code of Ethics
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Make independent judgments with evidence-based practice/public health principles
- High level of accuracy required in health assessment/nursing diagnosis/treatment




- Nursing experience in Chronic Disease Management is desired.
- High level of accuracy is required in handling specialized equipment
- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized
