In this full-time position, you will coordinate occupational therapy and allied health clinical services for home care clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day coordination of therapy services • Supervise students and team members assigned to your program • Manage complex clinical cases with decision-making authority • Participate in program development and operational planning • Conduct chart audits and give feedback to staff
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or accredited bachelor's with experience • Registration eligibility with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists • BLS certification must be current • Valid driver's license and vehicle for client travel • Commitment to secure and effective client care
