- Assist in supervising maintenance of buildings and equipment
- Perform inspections to guarantee safety and compliance
- Coordinate with contractors for timely work completion
- Manage inventories of maintenance materials and supplies
- Participate in resource planning for long-term developments Requirements:
- At least 2 years in a management position
