Ambassador and service duties for Alterna members across sales and service tasks including assessing needs, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, education, advice, and referrals to branch partners or Senior Bankers. Maintain a cash drawer and serve members. Meet sales targets through financial-needs assessment and product/service solutions.

Execute transaction posting, cash management, balancing, administrative, security, and risk-management procedures accurately. Identify and refer high-value or high-potential members. Contribute to branch growth, retention, sales initiatives, campaigns, and goals.

Participate in branch meetings, huddles, goal-setting meetings, and coaching sessions. Handle walk-in traffic and member-initiated contacts. Maintain current knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.

Use sales and service tools to support member interactions. Create and complete a personal development plan. Comply with anti-money-laundering, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in community initiatives.

Perform other duties as assigned

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales industry or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience
- Financial Services Industry experience is an asset




- Experience providing credit solutions is an asset
- Solid working knowledge of all offered products and services
- Proficiency in sales and service tools
- Knowledge of recent accounts, investments, loans, and mortgages
- Compliance with anti-money-laundering and regulatory guidelines
