This part-time, permanent position focuses on supporting young adults aged 17-24 during essential night shifts. Your primary role involves fostering trusting relationships while assisting youth with their immediate needs and longer-term goals as part of their care plan.

In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide crucial support through direct engagement and the organization of activities, creating an environment conducive to their healing and growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide the entry process for services at PhoenixCenter
- Foster relationships with young adults in need
- Coordinate and conduct life skills and recreational activities
- Assist clients with day-to-day living and safety
- Complete necessary documentation and reporting Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12
- One year of related community service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and Food Secure preferred Support youth in their journey back to community life with PhoenixCenter's dedicated team.
