Procurement Analyst:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Procurement Analyst for a 1-year contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

The project involves supporting multiple procurement initiatives, including the implementation of the Zip tool and optimization of Coupa Source-to-Pay operations. The role focuses on change management and process compliance improvements within the Procurement Operations line of business.

Responsibilities:

- Support the enablement and administration of Coupa S2P processes, including requisitioning and invoicing.
- Manage user provisioning and access rights for procurement platforms.
- Resolve usage access issues and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with supplier and catalog enablement activities in Coupa.
- Maintain process documentation and support user onboarding.
- Support testing and business validation for system changes.
- Track and report on operational metrics and enablement progress.




- Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps and improve performance.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience supporting Source-to-Pay/Procurement-focused platforms.
- Strong understanding of procurement and payables processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and drive timely resolution.
- Experience supporting user enablement through training and documentation.
- Comfort working with data and process metrics.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Coupa S2P or similar procurement platforms.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Excel proficiency and data analysis experience.
- Banking industry experience.
- Experience with Procure to pay, sourcing, and contract processes.
- Previous helpdesk experience.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.

Assignment Length:

This is a contract position with an end date of October 30, 2027.

Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 1-3 days in-office per week.
