Professional Liability Underwriter - 125 - IW-125 Job title: Professional Liability Underwriter - 125 Location: Toronto Our client is a growing specialty insurance organization seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial underwriter to join its Professional and Specialty Liability team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand a profitable portfolio while building strong relationships with brokers and carrier partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in underwriting new and renewal business, driving production, and contributing to the continued growth of a well‑established specialty insurance operation.

Key Responsibilities - Professional & Specialty Liability Underwriting - Underwrite new business submissions from retail brokers - Evaluate and negotiate renewal opportunities - Manage and maintain an existing book of business - Develop new business opportunities through broker relationships - Achieve assigned production and profitability objectives - Ensure service standards are consistently met - Support the growth of specialty liability products including:

- Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Liability - Professional Liability (E&O;) - Directors & Officers Liability (D&O;)
