Introduction

Robertson is seeking a skilled Program Manager - Non-IT I to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period

15 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate

Starting from $28 per hour

Location

Waterloo, ON

Location Type

Hybrid

Business Hours

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate programs, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
- May recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of programs
- Coordinate program activities and project deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive updates
- Monitor program progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Conduct analysis related to resource requirements and program feasibility
- Support meetings, action item tracking, and follow-up activities
- Maintain project documentation and program records

Experience & Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor’s in business administration degree required
- 0-2 years of program management, project coordination,



business operations experience required
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Program/project coordination, planning, and reporting experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- JIRA ticketing
- PMI or PMP
- Experience supporting business programs within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of resource planning, business process improvement, and strategic planning
