About the Role

Join our growing team! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement activities to support our fashion production.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and purchase fabrics, trims, and production materials.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with local and China suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare costing and supplier comparison reports.




- Coordinate outsourcing procurement and supplier payments.
- Build strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing within the fashion, garment, or textile industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with local and China suppliers is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to speak and read Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Working Hours： 星期一至星期五｜上午 9:00 – 下午 6:00
