- Conduct daily inspections at production and packaging stations
- Evaluate Gradex efficiency through package inspections
- Adjust grading and sorting processes proactively
- Notify management of quality-related issues
- Partner with Comact to uphold grading standards Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Wood Product Processing or relevant experience
- Minimum two years in the lumber processing field
- Mechanical knowledge and high attention to detail
- AFPA grading certification is beneficial
