A robust understanding of healthcare systems and excellent change management skills are necessary for this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze emerging practice trends and implement strategic initiatives
- Lead team-oriented clinical projects to improve patient care
- Develop budgets and recommend necessary adjustments
- Support quality improvement and research activities
- Mentor staff and oversee performance evaluations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health; Master’s needed
- At least seven years of clinical experience, three in management
- Active practicing membership with a professional regulatory college
- Proven project management experience
