Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver patient-oriented nursing care per provincial standards • Support resident assessments and care plan evaluations • Teach and mentor unregulated care providers • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Build trusted relationships with residents and families

Requirements: • Current registration as an RPN in the province • Robust clinical knowledge and experience with seniors • Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Willingness to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
