The Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living is currently accepting applications for a Residence Workers for their many Staffed Adult and Children's Residential Group Homes. A certificate and/or experience in a field related to supporting people with developmental disabilities is required. Paid vacation time, sick time, perks and pension plan for eligible position(s). RMACL is a nonprofit agency providing services and support for people with developmental disabilities, children at risk of a developmental disability or delay, and their families. We have been active in the communities of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows since 1958 and today provide a wide range of services to over 700 children, adults and families.

Hiring Requirements

Must have, or be willing to obtain, the following:

Class 5 Driver’s License

First Aid/CPR

Cleared Criminal Record Check





Clearance from Physician

Food Handlers Certificate

NVCI/MANDT (or willing to obtain)

Successful applicant will be required to complete MCFD HUB screen which includes a Criminal Record Check and Prior Contact with MCFD check (Children’s Services)

An equivalent of education and/or experience may be considered for this position.

Agreement $27.53 - $31.57 per hour, increases every 2000 hours worked.
