Fries Tallman Lumber is one of the oldest independently owned retail lumberyards in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a highly energetic, reliable yard attendants.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

Work closely with a driver to ensure safe and productive delivery of product

Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles on both 2 story and bungalow

Carry and deliver various sizes of drywall

Assist with loading trucks

Report damages and returned items

Use proper material handling techniques to ensure minimal damage to inventory

Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and laws

Requirements

Requires physical strength and stamina





Previous experience/familiarity of working at heights preferred

Ability to lift 80lbs repeatedly

Forklift certification is an asset

Familiarity with building materials and lumber an asset

Authorized to work in Canada
