- Implement safety initiatives like “Quest for Zero”
- Conduct hazard identifications and support safety audits
- Prepare monthly safety performance reports with key metrics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authority visits
- Maintain emergency evacuation plans and response protocols Requirements:
- Community College diploma or related field minimum
- 5–10 years in Health & Safety or related roles
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree and/or professional designation
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving Actively contribute to Rain Carbon's mission of operational safety through your health and safety engineering expertise.
