We are seeking an individual who has a desire for sales / business development / recruitment work in a corporate environment. Responsibilities

Interview, assess,



and present qualified candidates to clients based on job requirements

Develop new business and manage current client relationships

Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in your market niche

Use traditional and unique candidate sourcing methods through online job boards, websites, referrals, and industry association websites

Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

Previous experience dealing with clients/customers – client-facing preferred

High level of business acumen to make rapid, calculated business decisions

Enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment to deliver a high level of service

Client-driven - motivated to go above and beyond to fulfill your client’s needs

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
