At PSP Investments, you’ll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before.About the teamThe Senior Analyst, Public Markets Solutions (TSO (Trade Support Operations)) plays a key role in supporting Public Markets trading and portfolio management activities by ensuring the accurate execution, monitoring, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of operational processes across multiple asset classes.

The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert for operational workflows, provides analytical support to investment teams, and contributes to automation and process optimization initiatives.About your roleAs a Senior Analyst, Public Markets Solutions (TSO)Provide operational support for equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives, securities financing, and treasury activitiesMonitor trade lifecycles and ensure timely resolution of exceptions, breaks, and operational incidentsPerform reconciliations and controls to ensure the integrity of positions, transactions, and market dataSupport Portfolio Managers,



Traders and Investment Operations teams in the transaction workflow and position managementAnalyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and controlDevelop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using SQL, Python, Power BI, and ExcelContribute to automation initiatives and operational platform enhancementsDocument business requirements and participate in solution design, testing, and deployment activitiesAct as key point of reference and share knowledge with other team members on TSO processesSupport regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements through strong operational controlsWhat you’ll needBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineThree (3) + years of experience in capital markets operations, trade support, investment operations, or a related roleCFA, FRM, or equivalent designation is considered an asset.Strong understanding of capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, repos, securities lending)Advanced Excel skillsSQL proficiencyPython scripting and automation experienceExperience with Bloomberg and investment management platformsKnowledge of operational controls, reconciliation processes,
