Your role will focus on promoting workforce health and overseeing regulatory compliance in a challenging mining sector. As a Senior Industrial Hygiene Manager, you will report to the Health & Safety Supervisor.
Your responsibilities will include developing the Industrial Hygiene Program and managing exposure assessments. Your expertise will play a key role in fostering a culture of health and safety across the site. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the program’s development and continuous improvement
- Manage digital databases for hygiene assessments
- Conduct exposure assessments for multiple hazards
- Design monitoring strategies for mining operations
- Lead training and awareness initiatives on health practices Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene
- Minimum 2 years in leadership roles
- Familiarity with occupational health regulations
