About the Role

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a high-energy, highly engaged Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a permanent, remote prospect for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across a variety of roles and industries, and is comfortable making headhunting calls, including cold outreach to candidates and clients, to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles and industries
- Conduct client intake calls and detailed job debriefs
- Lead weekly client check-in meetings, providing pipeline updates and hiring insights
- Build and maintain strong, active candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with onshore recruiters to meet client needs and deliver high-quality service
- Support business development activities with both new and existing clients
- Identify new hiring opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
- Conduct headhunting and cold outreach calls to engage passive candidates and prospective clients
- Engage clients and candidates with a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and energy
- Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience
- Post and manage job advertisements and perform proactive resume mining




- Maintain accurate ATS records and consistently meet performance expectations

Preferred Requirements

- Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and similar tools
- Demonstrated ability to conduct candidate pre-screens and manage candidate databases
- Experience with job advertising, resume mining, and direct sourcing
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple industries
- Comfortable making headhunting and cold calls to candidates and clients
- Experience supporting business development efforts
- Proven ability to stay engaged, proactive, and results-focused
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
