Become a Service Support Specialist at Sensity, dedicated to providing exemplary support to the deafblind community. Your leadership will drive practice excellence across community programs. In your role, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to enhance service delivery through coaching and mentorship of Intervenors.
By contributing to team development and operational effectiveness, you will ensure that programs meet community needs while reinforcing training and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide Intervenors in effective communication and service delivery
- Design and implement personalized onboarding experiences
- Collaborate with Learning & Development for curriculum alignment
- Provide practice insights and documentation oversight
- Engage families and partners in program alignment Requirements:
- Completion of a diploma in a related field
- Experience supporting diverse developmental disabilities
- Communication skills in ASL or SEE preferred
- Valid Class G license and accessible vehicle
- Physical ability to lift and perform other job-related tasks Lead impactful change by fostering person-centered approaches in the deafblind community through Sensity.
