As part of the Subway® Team, you as a Shift Manager will focus on six main things:

- Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities - Scheduling and supervising staff - Practicing inventory control standards - Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift - Completing paperwork as needed As a Subway® Team Member, you’ll have access to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Communication and organizational skills Physical Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday.
