Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Site Superintendent in the construction in Richmond, British Columbia. Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the day-to-day site operations of commercial and institutional construction projects in Edmonton. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, scheduling, workforce coordination, and subcontractor performance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Lead site safety initiatives and monitor compliance among field teams and subcontractors

Coordinate daily construction activities to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives

Supervise, mentor, and develop site personnel through coaching and performance management

Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions, and change notices

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship and materials

Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve construction, design, and scheduling challenges

Requirements

Utilize excellent leadership, workforce planning, and problem-solving abilities

Possess proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; carpentry background, Gold Seal, P3, Design-Build, or interiors experience considered assets

Demonstrate progressive Superintendent experience within commercial or institutional construction

Manage construction projects valued between $10M and $25M successfully

Lead field operations with 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience

Apply strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and specifications
