Drive stellar guest experiences as the Supervisor of Guest Services at Castle Mountain Resort from September to April. This full time seasonal role offers a starting wage of $23/hour.

You will be responsible for the leadership and daily management of the Guest Services department, ensuring smooth operations for bookings, check-ins, and guest transactions. Your leadership will shape a welcoming environment, improve service efficiency, and cultivate a knowledgeable team. Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure efficient guest service and resolution of concerns • Lead training and compliance for Guest Services team • Monitor performance indicators for continuous improvement • Collaborate with departments for a seamless experience • Maintain standards for operational procedures and safety

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in guest services or hospitality • Proven leadership and team management skills • Proficiency with POS and PMS systems • Strong organizational and communication skills • Flexibility for varied working hours, including weekends
