Contract Surveillance Investigators — Insurance/WCB/Disability Claims — Calgary & Alberta

Veritas Risk Group Ltd. is a Calgary-based investigations firm working with insurers, legal counsel, and corporate clients.

We're building a roster of licensed private investigators for contract surveillance work on insurance, disability, and WCB claims files.

This is case-by-case contract work, not employment — suited to PIs who want additional files without committing to fixed hours.

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Private Investigator licence
- Experience with insurance, disability, or WCB claim surveillance — Activity documentation, functional capacity discrepancies, reports that hold up to review by adjusters or counsel
- Own vehicle and surveillance equipment
- Comfortable with multi-day or extended shift files
- Available on a per-case basis; no guaranteed hours

Structure:

- Paid per assignment, invoiced by you as an independent contractor
- Rates discussed per file based on scope
- Field-based work in and around Calgary/Alberta — not remote
