CareTech, Lavender home, is seeking a Team Leader to support children with daily routines, meals, activities and ensure shifts run smoothly. You will supervise staff, monitor care plans and create a warm home setting.

Requirements include 1+ year in children's residential, Level 3/4 qualification, UK driving licence, and strong communication skills. Training on digital systems will be provided.
