We’re looking for a heart-centered, self-motivated therapist who is interested in building a sustainable private practice while being part of a supportive, collaborative professional community.

This opportunity offers the autonomy of private practice alongside the support of a collective, including:

Flexible scheduling and vacation autonomy

Marketing and business support, including Psychology Today and Google Ads

Monthly peer consultation, mentorship, and coworking calls A warm, cooperative practice culture

Full autonomy over your caseload and clinical work

This is an independent contractor position with a 60/40 revenue split , based in Victoria, BC.
