As a Counsellor, you will hold a significant position in delivering holistic support to women overcoming trauma. Utilize your skills in trauma-informed care and feministic empowerment approaches to guide clients in understanding their experiences.

Responsibilities include supportive counselling, crisis intervention, and community advocacy. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individual and group counselling sessions
- Support safety planning and personal goal development
- Establish a safe and non-judgmental setting
- Collaborate with community resources for client support
- Respond to crisis situations and provide interventions Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years counselling experience
- Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma, BSW/MSW preferred
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS
