Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage patient care using clinical standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on care plans
- Prioritize and adapt care plans for patients
- Identify patient risks related to diagnoses and environments
- Delegate tasks effectively within the healthcare team Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of RN Labor & Delivery experience
