Role and Responsibilities

Work with our sales and customer service staff in the Markham office

Meet with clients and installers to review new potential projects, collect measurements and photographs, create project summaries for sales staff to use for cost estimate purposes

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Once new projects are approved, work with ICON sales, customer service and installation groups, as well as the client to establish project installation/completion dates, workback schedule

Liaise directly with ICON logistics, internal and external installation teams to organize delivery and installation of projects

Onsite supervision for all installations, serving as a communication conduit between the client and the install team(s) and possibly coordinating multiple install teams at same site

Be available to project manage overnight installations on occasion

Maintain the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders





- Partner with the Procurement team and third-party vendors to coordinate purchasing activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure business requirements are met efficiently and on time

Additional Responsibilities

Work with third parties/vendors when required for the execution of multiple projects

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Help manage changes to the project scope

Report and escalation to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project plans for larger projects

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, as well as other staff members

Use and continually develop leadership skills

Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Proven work experience in project management (3 ? 5 years preferred), with focus on delivery and precision

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite





Experience with project management software tools

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance

Knowledge in the field of printing/graphics/signage is a plus
