You'll join a cooperative team where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and continuous learning are highly valued.If you enjoy solving production challenges, working with a variety of materials, and seeing your work displayed in businesses and public spaces, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProduce high-quality finished products using a variety of large format finishing and fabrication techniquesOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot finishing equipment including cutters, laminators, routers, plotters, and other fabrication toolsFinish and assemble signage, displays, wall graphics, dimensional graphics, and custom marketing materialsMeasure, cut, mount, laminate, trim, and package products to exact specificationsReview production files and job instructions to ensure accuracy and qualityCollaborate with production team members and project stakeholders to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectationsPerform quality checks throughout production to ensure exceptional final resultsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environmentWhat You BringExperience in large format printing, finishing, signage production, fabrication,
