310T Truck & Coach Technicians – Multiple Locations (Ontario)

We are currently hiring licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technicians to join a well-established transportation fleet across multiple Ontario locations.

Compensation

- $36.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on license, shift, and experience)
- $3,000 Signing Bonus (select roles)

- $1,500 after 3 months
- $1,500 after 6 months

Shift Options

Day Shift (most locations)

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Afternoon Shift – Newmarket Only

- Monday to Thursday
- 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Premium pay available

Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
- Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems




- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with shop team and Branch Manager
- Support shop efficiency and safety standards

✅ Requirements

- 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
- 310S (Automotive) accepted for select Newmarket roles
- Fleet maintenance or heavy vehicle experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership experience or potential considered an asset
