Humans of HR is working with a top financial services firm in Vancouver to find an Wealth Management Associate to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in wealth management and wants to build a long-term career in a financial environment. A degree or designation in the financial services field is considered an asset.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting a team of senior professionals with day-to-day administration
- Coordinating meetings, schedules and follow-ups
- Preparing client documentation and meeting materials
- Supporting client onboarding and account-related processes
- Responding to client requests and providing a high level of service
- Maintaining accurate information within internal systems




- Assisting with business development and tracking prospective clients
- Supporting internal projects and coordinating action items

What we're looking for:

- Financial services experience and/or CSC is an asset
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Skilled, polished and confident when interacting with clients
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an asset
