The Website Development Coordinator supports technical functions of the SSU website, elevating its design and front-end components helping to track inventory, orders, and revenue while assisting with backend improvements and user experience updates.

Time CommitmentTypically 3-5 hours per week, up to 5-10 hours per week in September

Term of EmploymentAugust 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

- Improve SSU’s website design and user interface
- Track and report revenue and inventory data
- Update product listings and inventory counts on the website
- Support bookings, payment integration, and backend maintenance

Qualifications

- Interest or experience in web development and/or UI/UX design
- Proficiency in any of HTML, CSS, Javascript, or Shopify
- Quick learner and proactive communicator

- Strong attention to detail





Anticipated Learning OutcomesThe Website Development Coordinator will gain hands-on experience with website operations, data tracking, and cross-functional tech collaboration in a rapid-paced student service.
