As a key leader within the Commercial & Wholesale Credit Risk team, you'll oversee the update and management of Risk Criteria Papers to maximize effectiveness in client credit ratings. You'll bring in-depth knowledge of LGD policies and coordinate across various stakeholders, fostering collaboration for improved credit risk methodologies. Your role will involve extensive data analysis and development of cutting-edge tools to refine adjudication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and enhance Risk Criteria Papers for corporate clients • Coordinate the documentation and development of RCPs • Work alongside teams to establish IT system requirements for RCPs • Facilitate communication with EMRM on criteria paper issues • Lead initiatives to resolve LGD application discrepancies
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years credit risk experience • Advanced degree in Business Administration or quantitative field • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and programming languages like Python • Exceptional organizational and verbal communication abilities • Strong analytical and modeling skills
