We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Patching & Software Deployment Engineer with expertise in Windows Server administration, patch management, software deployment, automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting capabilities, PowerShell scripting experience, and a solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure services.

Experience with MS SQL Server Reporting, SCCM, and ITIL processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute enterprise-wide Windows Server patching and software deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server OS issues during incidents and production outages.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate patching, deployment, compliance tracking, and reporting processes.
- Monitor patch compliance and ensure adherence to organizational SLAs and security standards.
- Generate operational and compliance reports using MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to plan and implement patching activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.





Required Skills

- Expert-level experience in Windows Server Patching and Software Deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Experience in MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report generation.
- Strong documentation and technical authoring skills.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment and manage critical production systems.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of T-SQL for report development and data analysis.
- Exposure to enterprise monitoring and automation tools.
- Understanding of Windows security and compliance requirements.

Certifications (Preferred)

- Microsoft Certifications related to Windows Server, SCCM, or Azure Administration.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and operational excellence.
