Lakeridge Health is seeking a Child and Youth Worker (CUPE) for a Regular Part Time role in the Mental Health & Addictions program. The position features 4-hour daytime shifts, off-site placement at the Durham Catholic School Board, and PATH programming from September to June.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, lead therapeutic groups, and participate in discharge planning with community partners to support youth reintegration into school.
