- Proficiency inelectronic marketing automation software such as Hub Spot Marketing and Bitrix24
- Understanding ofdesign and marketing principles andtechniques
- Robust relationshipswith both local and national business and industry mediaoutlets
- Ability to strategizeand plan campaigns in advance
- Superb leadership,communication, and collaboration abilities
- Decisiveness andstrong problem-solving skills, especially underpressure
