Requirements





- Bachelor'sdegree in manufacturing, business, or engineering ispreferred.
- Prior experience inmanagement or manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellentcommunication and organizational abilities
- Excellentinterpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Solid leadershipabilities and the ability to manage members ofcross-functional teams.
- Manufacturingtechnical competencies (e.g., technical drawings, blueprints,CAD/CAM)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other industry software.
