Dorval (Montreal)POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately and efficiently while helping maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse workplace.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments in accordance with company proceduresPick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPerform value-added services (vas), including but not limited to labeling, repackaging, light assembly, and custom order preparation as requiredProcess returned goods, including inspection, documentation, and restocking or routing of items in accordance with company guidelinesMaintain accurate inventory through proper handling, scanning, counting,



and organization of productsAssist with loading and unloading of trucks and the movement of goods within the warehouseMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse and work areas at all timesOperate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner;
act as backup for forklift and order picker operation, subject to proper training and certificationAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulationsReport any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to managementCollaborate with team members and support overall warehouse operations as neededSKILLS
Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment experience is an assetAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environmentReliable, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workAbility to lift and move products up to 40 lbsComfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workdayWHY MINT?
