Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging wellness and lifestyle activities - Lead and supervise Life Enrichment Assistants - Coordinate volunteer contributions to community programs - Modify programs for varying cognitive and physical needs - Maintain positive public relations with residents and families
Requirements: - Degree/diploma in Gerontology or related field - Experience in senior programming settings - Current certifications in CPR and First Aid - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Familiarity with community resources is a plus
