Junior Press Feeder - Entry Level, We Train (Mississauga) Wage: $18 to $22/hour to start, reviewed at 6 months Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, daily schedule to be determined. Location: Dundas St E and Dixie, Mississauga (in office) We are an established commercial printing, direct mail and fulfillment shop looking for someone to train up on our offset presses. You will work alongside our pressman as a second set of hands and learn the trade from the feeder end up. No printing experience needed. No diploma needed. We train you. There is a real path here, and it is a trade that stays with you for your whole career. What you will do: - Load and align stock at the feeder and keep the press running clean - Watch sheets coming off the press for colour and alignment problems - Help with make-ready: hanging plates, washing blankets and rollers, colour changes - Daily press maintenance: lubrication, filters, belts, wash-up systems - Move skids with a pallet jack and help in the bindery and mailing during downtime - Keep the pressroom clean and safe What we are looking for: - Mechanical instinct.



You are comfortable with hand tools and you are the type who takes things apart to understand them. Cars, bikes, small engines, whatever. Formal training is a bonus, not a requirement. - A sharp eye for small differences in colour and alignment - Reliable and punctual, able to take direction on a production floor - Comfortable standing a full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs - Legally entitled to work in Canada, with reliable transportation to Mississauga What we offer: full training on offset, digital and a complete bindery line.
