We are proud to serve our customers through our locally owned Regina store, with custom orthotics created in office in our Orthotics Laboratory. By combining qualified pedorthic care with an extensive selection of quality footwear, we are able to provide personalized solutions for individuals experiencing foot and lower-limb discomfort.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Pedorthist to join our team. This is an opportunity to become part of our dynamic, energetic and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Conduct comprehensive Pedorthic assessment and gait and biomechanical assessments
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate orthotics, footwear and pedorthic solutions
- Cast, fit, dispense and adjust custom foot orthotics
- Perform orthotic and footwear modifications in our in office laboratory
- Provide professional footwear fittings based on individual patient needs
- Educate patients on proper footwear, orthotic use and ongoing care
- Troubleshoot fit, comfort and function concerns and make appropriate adjustments




- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Provide friendly, professional and patient-focused care
- Work collaboratively with our retail footwear team and assist in sales floor duties
- Assist with staff education relating to footwear, fit, orthotics and foot health
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional pedorthic workspace and laboratory

Skill Requirements

- Strong knowledge of lower-limb anatomy, biomechanics and gait assessment
- Experience with custom orthotics, fitting and adjustments
- Strong footwear fitting and shoe modification knowledge
- Hands-on fabrication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Retail footwear experience and a strong customer-service background are considered assets

Education & Certification

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Completion of an approved pedorthic education program
- Certified Pedorthist – C. Ped (C) designation or actively working toward certification
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development

Compensation





- $45,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience, years in the profession and skill set
- Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule

This is a permanent, full-time position. Applicants must be available to work a flexible retail schedule that includes:

- Weekdays
- Weekends
