Business Development Representative (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Our Networking Events team is looking for an energetic, well-connected and ambitious individual to help grow one of Montreal's fastest-growing qualified networking communities.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships and closing opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Grow our skilled community by recruiting attendees for our quarterly networking events.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media and cold outreach.
- Contact local businesses to develop sponsorships and partnerships.
- Maintain and grow our email database.
- Follow up with prospective attendees and partners.
- Attend networking events to represent us and recruit new members.
- Assist with event setup and help create an exceptional guest experience.
- Capture photos and videos during events for social media.

What We're Looking For

- Outgoing and confident personality.
- Passion for networking and meeting current people.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and following up with leads.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Organized and professional.




- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and social media.
- Existing professional network is considered an asset.

Compensation

Flexible hours (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Work remotely, with occasional attendance at networking events and meetings.

Competitive bonus program:

- Sell 10 tickets → $50 bonus
- Sell 20 tickets → $100 bonus
- Sell 30 tickets → $200 bonus

There is no limit to how much you can earn by helping grow these events.
